Salary: Negotiable (7–20 million VND/month)

1. Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare construction methods and technical solutions for each project and tender package

• Review MEP design documents in accordance with tender requirements and contracts

• Analyze tender documents, raise clarification questions, and provide design feedback

• Quantify materials and equipment based on design drawings to support bidding and quotation

• Develop project implementation plans, construction schedules, and manpower allocation charts

• Prepare detailed construction drawings and quantity take-offs for material orders

• Prepare quality documentation and as-built dossiers

• Participate in site supervision and execution when required

2. General Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, HVAC, Mechanical Engineering, Fire Protection, or Water Supply & Drainage Engineering

• Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Result-oriented, capable of multitasking, and highly collaborative

• Able to work independently and under pressure; willing to travel when required
