WORK LOCATION: Thai Binh, Thanh Hoa, Ninh Binh, Ha Nam

JOB DESCRIPTION:

- Extract construction drawings to calculate and order materials.

- Supervise and participate in the execution of M&E (Mechanical & Electrical) construction work at the site.

- Supervise and manage construction workers.

- Other tasks as assigned by the Manager/Team Leader/Site Manager.

- Further details will be discussed during the interview.

REQUIREMENTS:

- College degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Refrigeration Engineering, Air Conditioning Engineering, Building Technical Systems, HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning), Fire Protection, etc.

- Good understanding of mechanical and electrical systems, ability to read drawings and accurately estimate quantities.

- Team spirit, proactiveness, problem-solving skills, and good communication skills.

- Proficient in MS Office and AutoCAD (candidates proficient in AutoCAD drawing are preferred).

- Ability to work independently and under high pressure.
