JOB DESCRIPTIONS

1. ELECTRICAL ENGINEERS (Preferably Female) – 02 positions (based in Hanoi Office)

Requirements: Solid experience in tendering.

Responsibilities:

• Review electrical system design documents according to tender requirements and contracts.

• Design electrical systems for industrial and civil projects in compliance with applicable codes and standards.

• Extract quantities from design drawings, prepare cost estimates, determine equipment specifications, request supplier quotations, and compile detailed pricing proposals.

• Coordinate with post-tender departments to address technical issues arising at construction sites.

• Prepare construction methods and technical solutions related to electrical systems for bidding documents.

• Perform other tasks as assigned by the Management Board.

2. HVAC ENGINEERS – 04 positions (based in Hanoi Office)

Requirements: Solid experience in tendering.

Responsibilities:

3. FINANCE SPECIALISTS – 02 positions (based in Hanoi Office)

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Finance.

Responsibilities:

• Develop short- and long-term financial strategies to ensure sufficient capital for business and investment projects.

• Prepare, analyze, and evaluate investment project efficiency to maximize profitability.

• Establish financial management regulations, document circulation processes, and cost control procedures.

• Review and verify accounting and financial transactions, tax reports, and financial statements on accounting software.

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial and budget plans.

• Mobilize capital and maintain the company’s liquidity for ongoing operations and investments.

• Advise the Board of Directors on capital mobilization strategies through banks, financial institutions, individuals, or public offerings.

• Analyze investment structures and performance.

• Build and expand financial and investment relationships; promote investment project approvals.

• Participate in preparing and implementing company investment projects.
