This Code applies concurrently with the laws, policies, and other regulations and procedures of Ha Duy Investment Trading and Services Co., Ltd.

Every officer, employee, partner, and related company of Ha Duy Investment Trading and Services Co., Ltd. is responsible for fully understanding and complying with the standards of conduct and ethics set forth in this Code, thereby contributing to the company's sustainable development, reputation, and credibility. Failure to read and/or acknowledge this Code does not exempt officers, employees, or partners from the responsibility to comply with the rules related to their work or duties.

"Officers and employees" of Ha Duy Investment Trading and Services Co., Ltd. include members of the Board of Directors, management officers, and officers/employees who have signed labor contracts with Ha Duy Investment Trading and Services Co., Ltd. in any form: indefinite-term labor contracts, definite-term labor contracts, probationary contracts, seasonal contracts, collaborator contracts, internship contracts, or any other form of labor contract.
