ENVIRONMENTAL, SOCIAL, AND GOVERNANCE (ESG) POLICY

The Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) Policy of Ha Duy Investment Trading and Services Co., Ltd. (HA DUY) aims to create a sustainable working environment, enhance social responsibility, and protect the environment throughout the execution of construction projects. HA DUY is committed not only to achieving business objectives but also to contributing to building a better future for the community and the planet, specifically:


 

ENVIRONMENTAL (E)

 

Commitment to Environmental Protection:

  • We are committed to conducting all business activities with a mindset of environmental protection and sustainable development.

  • We will comply with all legal regulations and environmental standards related to the construction industry and ensure adherence to environmental quality and resource requirements.

  • We will continuously evaluate and improve our environmental management system according to the ISO 14001 standard that we are currently applying.

Resource and Energy Management:

  • We are committed to using resources and energy efficiently and sparingly. We continuously and synchronously implement a Zero Waste program based on the 5R principles (Refuse, Reduce, Reuse, Recycle, Rethink) across projects, departments, and tasks.

  • We will establish management measures to reduce waste, utilize recycled resources, and develop green technology solutions to minimize negative environmental impacts.

     

Net-Zero Commitment:

 

  • We are committed to contributing to the fight against climate change. We measure and reduce emissions and carbon through the use of advanced technology, optimization of construction processes, and energy management.

     

  • We will implement measures to reduce greenhouse gas emissions, increase the use of renewable energy sources, and promote the transition to greener technologies and processes. We will increase the use of renewable energy sources such as solar power, wind power, and biofuels to reduce dependence on polluting energy sources.

Biodiversity and Biosphere Protection:

  • We are committed to protecting and maintaining biodiversity during the execution of construction projects.

  • Define and implement effective governance rules and processes to ensure the accountability and responsibility of the Board of Directors. Build mechanisms to integrate ESG into all work and activities of projects, departments, and divisions.
