In the solemn and warm atmosphere of the Groundbreaking Ceremony, HA DUY members still did not forget their duties that both maintaining construction activities, contributing to promoting socio-economic development and ensuring the task of combating the COVID-19 epidemic, implementing 5K according to the directives of the Prime Minister and the Health Minister: Wear masks, do not gather, etc.
